When do I pay? On receiving your completed registration form, we will send an official confirmation and invoice within 48 hours. Payment of the full delegate fee is due 14 days from the invoice date or by the Early Bird Booking Deadline (which ever comes first). We will give you an option to pay via invoice or pay using a payment link (note that payment links have 3% processing fee).

Visas: All visa invitation letter are provided to delegates that have paid for their registration in full. The organizer will only provide visa letters and will not facilitate applications. Be sure to contact your local Embassy.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to the official ACMF contact address. Cancellations received 30 days or more before the event will be refunded minus a 20% administrative fee. No refunds are issued for cancellations made 29 days or less before the event.

Substitutions: Substitution of delegates from the same organization is permitted at any time. However, written notice is required. Registrations are non-transferable beyond this and may not be resold or shared.

Force Majeure: In case of force majeure Strategic Intelligence Forum is relieved of all obligations. Force majeure includes any circumstances beyond the control of the Organizer.
